This policy covers the personal data processed by Meeplers SAS for its websites, its commercial prospecting towards credit and financing institutions, its contracts and its internal tools. Processing carried out on the NovaDebt platform on behalf of client institutions is governed by the services agreement.

Identification and professional contact data (surname, first name, position, organisation, professional email address and telephone number, public professional profile), interaction data (content and history of our exchanges, internal commercial assessments), contractual data (identity and position of signatories, terms of the contract). We do not process any special category data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR.

This data comes from you (contact form, exchanges, contract) or from publicly accessible sources: official registers (ACPR, trade register), legal publications, annual reports and websites of institutions, specialised press, public professional profiles. Where your data has not been collected from you, we inform you at our first contact by referring to this policy.

Responding to requests sent through the contact form: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Business-to-business prospecting and commercial relationship: identifying relevant contacts from public sources, first-contact and follow-up messages by email or through a professional social network, tracking exchanges. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of Meeplers SAS in developing its business (Article 6(1)(f)); email prospecting addressed to professionals falls within Article L. 34-5 of the French Postal and Electronic Communications Code.

Performance and follow-up of contracts: performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b)), then compliance with accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

Document preparation and internal management with the help of an artificial intelligence assistant, under human review: legitimate interest (organisational efficiency). No decision producing legal effects concerning you is taken in an automated manner.

Your data is accessible to the directors of Meeplers SAS and processed on our behalf by providers bound by a contract compliant with Article 28 GDPR: customer relationship management tool and professional contact search service (European Union), email and calendar (Switzerland), website hosting and accounting firm (France), artificial intelligence assistant and internal documentation tool (providers established in the United States), audience measurement (section 8). Our exchanges on a professional social network are also subject to that network's privacy policy. The named list of our providers is available on request at dpo@meeplers.com. Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

Providers established in Switzerland benefit from an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Transfers to providers established in the United States are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Decision 2021/914), incorporated into our contracts. Contact form: 1 year. Prospecting and commercial relationship: 5 years after the last interaction or the closing of the opportunity; qualification data from public sources: 3 years after the file is closed without follow-up. Contractual data: duration of the contract, then 10 years under accounting obligations. Prospecting opt-out list: without time limit, to guarantee that your choice is respected. Data submitted to the artificial intelligence assistant is not retained by the provider beyond the processing of the request.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to object at any time and without justification to commercial prospecting. This website does not use any cookies. Traffic is measured by an anonymous audience measurement service hosted in the European Union: no personal data collected, no identifier stored in your browser, no cross-site tracking. This measurement is exempt from consent under the French CNIL guidelines and relies on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
